                In 1910 , a team was constituted in memory of King Edward VII
                In 1917 , Lord Pentland laid the foundation stone
                In May 1921 , the Goverment tuberculosis institute was opened by his excellency Lord Wellington
                In 1922 it was handed over to the government.
